Jan Campbell makes
amazing carvings from avocado stones. Her creations are often inspired by
celtic mythology.
It all started 4 years ago
when she was making a sandwich using avocado.
She thought that the avocado
stone was too nice object to throw it away. She decided to keep it so she had
more time to think about what to do with it.
She was carrying piece of the
avocado in her coat pocket for a few days. Then she accidentally scraped the
surface of the stone with her nail. She decided to try carving it.
